Your Key Responsibilities:

• Generate 8–10 top-tier video ideas each month, complete with engaging titles and thumbnail concepts, using data-driven keyword and competitor analysis.
• Craft compelling titles, hooks, and descriptions to maximize click-through rates (CTR) and search engine optimization (SEO).
• Conduct thorough analytics audits to enhance retention and engagement, implementing strategies that drive growth.
• Curate a diverse content mix, including market updates, investment tips, and trend analysis to attract and retain a broad audience of buyers, investors, and coaching clients.
• Collaborate with editors and designers to enhance video storytelling and presentation.
• Stay informed about YouTube's algorithm changes and implement best practices for channel growth.
• Oversee channel management tasks, including optimizing uploads, managing tags, and curating playlists for consistent growth.
• Dedicate at least 2 hours per week to fostering channel development.
• Participate in weekly team meetings to align strategies and assess performance metrics.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 3 years of experience in successfully scaling YouTube channels, preferably within real estate, business, or educational sectors.
• Proficiency in SEO, title creation, thumbnail design, and script development that captures audience interest without resorting to clickbait.
• Strong storytelling skills to enhance viewer retention and engagement.
• A proven track record of measurable channel growth, supported by portfolio examples.
• Data-driven mindset with a deep understanding of viewer psychology.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and meet deadlines consistently.

Compensation:

• Initial Test Project: $500–$800 for a comprehensive channel audit and one-month content strategy.
• Ongoing Retainer: $800–$1,500 per month based on performance, experience, and the scope of work delivered.
